An inquiry is not a booking
Submitting a form or booking a consultation does not reserve your date. A booking exists only when you accept a written agreement or proposal from us and pay any deposit it requires.
Effective date: October 28, 2026. These terms govern your use of edenwestcatering.com and the catering services we provide in Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware and Northern Virginia. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them.
Acceptance of these terms
By browsing our website, submitting a form, calling 844-785-0800 or booking a consultation, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services.
Our services and when a booking exists
We provide catering quotes, menu planning, tastings and event catering. Prices on the website or in a quote are estimates until we confirm them in writing. A booking is confirmed only when all of the following happen:
- We send you a written agreement or proposal for your event.
- You accept it in writing.
- You pay any deposit the agreement requires.
- We confirm the date and the details back to you in writing.
Until those steps are complete we cannot hold your date, and another customer may book it.
Use of our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it at scale, post false booking requests, or use it in a way that interferes with other visitors.
Intellectual property
The Eden West Catering name, logo, photographs, menus and site content belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Limitation of liability and disclaimer
Our website and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent Maryland law allows, Eden West Catering is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any catering claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts that serve Montgomery County, Maryland.

This section sets out the terms of the Eden West Catering Text Updates program. It applies to everyone who opts in to text messages from us, and it forms part of our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase and is not required to book a consultation. You can book with us and buy from us without agreeing to receive text messages.

How to stop text messages
Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop sending you text messages, with one confirmation message to close the loop. STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT are all recognised.

Reply HELP to any message for program information, or call 844-785-0800 and our team, including our AI receptionist Candace, will assist you.
Carriers and delivery
The program is available on major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery depends on your carrier and your device.
Consent data is not shared for marketing
We do not share, sell or rent your mobile number or your text‑message opt‑in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers who help us deliver messages may see it only to send your messages, and may not use it for their own purposes. Our Privacy Policy sets out the full picture.
Opting out does not cancel your event
If you reply STOP, your booked event, consultation and contract continue as agreed. We will reach you by phone about the event itself.
